Naga048 Nabeshima flowery vase - 19th century

Nineteenth century Nabeshima blue and white porcelain vase with accents in green celadon overglaze. Design is in three sections around the body, and of mokuren (magnolia), botan (peony), and kiku (chrysanthemum). Neck is in a design of sakura (cherry blossoms). Elsewhere on the bottom of the vase is a design of nanten (nandina berries). No signature. Top rim diameter: 12.5 cm. bottom rim diameter: 11 cm. circumference at widest point: approx. 60 cm. height: 38.3 cm.
