Naga142 Plum and warbler tea set

2 cups and 2 saucers from the Yazaemon kiln in Arita. Though the designs have been machine transferred, the Kakiemon style colors have been mostly hand-applied. The design is of plum and warbler, and copies a 17th century style begun by the Kakiemon family. Excellent quality porcelain. Saucer diameter 15.3 cm., saucer base diameter 9.5 cm., cup height 7.2 cm., cup width 8.3 cm.
