Arita blue-and-white stencil plate in the design of three cranes flying past the peak of Mt. Fuji and a pine forest. Very strong and unmistakably Japanese. Meiji Era. The reverse carries a repeated stencil design of a stylized cherry blossom. Diameter 30.3 cm., back circle diameter 20 cm. Height. 3.6 cm. No mark. Small chip on the outer back edge.
