Naga224 Blue flower and yellow BG color vase

Chinese vase from the Jingdezhen 景徳鎮kilns that is a combination of stenciled and hand-tinted processes. The blue-and-white design of lilies and vines is stenciled, while the intersperses are hand-tinted in yellow, a very difficult task. The result is a very pleasing vase from any angle. The piece is not signed but is modern. The extra brown rectangles on the bottom are felt pads to allow the piece to stand on furniture without scratching the surface. Diameter approx. 20 cm., height 29 cm., bottom diameter 11.5 cm., top opening 8.5 cm.
