Naga228 Roiling dragon plate

Large blue-and-white porcelain shallow bowl made to commemorate, in the year 2000, an establishment called Maioogi? 舞扇 ‘Dance Fan. This is number 422/2000 as it says. I think the piece was commissioned from China in the design of a tri-clawed dragon roiling in the clouds in front of Mt. Fuji. 荘厳 Soogen is in a seal at the bottom left front. The entire piece is stenciled and not hand-drawn. Comes with a box and its own wooden stand. Diameter 33 cm., height 6 cm.
