Arita hand-painted collection of two sets of five scalloped plates in the famous pine bough and Chinese vine design. No two are exactly alike, but all are in the same design. Simple, refined, modern. Taisho, 1920’s. Diameter 14.8 cm, height 3.5 cm., bottom rim diameter 7 cm. No stamp or maker mark.
