Naga357 Mikawachi Blue Sea Wave design band tea cup

Mikawachi hand-painted, fluted tea cup in blue-and white with traditional designs in a band around the rim. The signature is Keisho, a very nice woman artist seen elsewhere in this collection. The glaze is typically beautiful milky white and smooth as in the best of Mikawachi (Hirado) porcelain. Diameter of top rim 6.5 cm., height 8 cm., bottom rim diameter 3.8 cm.
