Naga365 Hasami Fatsia Japonica leaf coffee cups and saucers

A pair of Hasami porcelain coffee cups and saucers, one larger than the other, in modern Karatsu style gritty clay with an overglaze of black and an unusual pink, bordering on coral, in the design of Japanese Fatsia Japonica leaves. Very handsome as the leaves are not perfect. They show evidence of insect damage. The artistry of a potter whose surname is Baba. Diameter of saucer 15.5 cm., diameter of larger cup 9.5 cm., diameter of smaller cup 8 cm., combined height is approx. 10 cm. and 9 cm. respectively.
