Naga385 Chinese Jurojin and stag wooden sculpture Wooden sculpture in one piece of Jurojin, one of the Seven Gods of Good Fortune. Jurojin is the god of longevity in Chinese Taoism. He has a white beard, a staff, and is often portrayed with a stag, as he is here. This magnificient sculpture of Jurojin, from the Chinese mainland, shows him on a stag and a crane, both symbols of longevity. The eyes of the animals and of Jurojin are inset in glass.
