Naga436 Taisho era full-width sash

Maruobi, a full width and length sash, two-sided, seamed. Side 1: gold and silver pin stripes, horizontal, overlaid with a pattern of green and silver rectangles on green boughs. Side 2: black damask, no pattern, but with integral mark of weaver that reads Tokiwa　常盤. Several other ideograms are also woven in. Taisho era, 1930’s. 3.87 m. x 29 cm.
